COMPANY PROFILE
The company established in 1996 with one production line of 50
sewers. Currently, to be more specialized, we have one plant
producing woven
garments and the other on knits. The two plants are located in
Nanjing, China, together have 600 staff and 30 acres of land. In
order to service our North American customers better, we also
have a sales office in
Toronto, Canada.
The knitted division is geared to team wear, cycling, running,
sublimation shirts, golf shirts and fleece. With a monthly
capacity of 150,000 units
min.
The woven division specializes in down jackets, rain jackets,
wind suits, ski suits, cargo pants/shorts, surf shorts, dress
shirts/pants. With monthly
capacity of 50,000 units min.
The current brands manufactured consists of ; Louis Garneau,
Beverly Hill Polo Club, Champion (USA), Cotton Ginny, New
Balance, Canadian
Tire, Mark’s Work Warehouse, Tour Skate, Roller Derby, Pace
Racewear.
We can work with a wide variety of fabrics especially on the
tech fabrics like 3xdry, 3 layers, soft shell, Primaloft
insulation, Tactel, Supplex, 3M
Scotchlite, Teflon, polyolefin, bamboo, quick dry, antibacterial
and UV protected fabric etc.
Having in house sublimation machines, we are able to do big or
small custom runs of sublimation wear for cycling, soccer,
hockey and other
sublimation applications.
With the purchase of new welding machines and flat pressing
machine particularly suitable for zipper pocket,
we are able to do seamless garments. We have also added
another row of 5 flatlock machines which now brings us up to 12
machines to increase our capacity on
flatlock application.
With all the new equipment and precision training the technology
of the plant is equipped to produce new and innovative apparel
of quality for the
present and the future.
